I smoked my first cigarette at 13 but it didn't
turn into a regular habit until I was 17.

with a cigarette dangling from the mouth, smoking
menthols. Ick!.

I have smoked Marlboros (light and regular),
Lucky Strikes, Benson & Hedges Deluxe Ultra
Lights.
Ever
smoke Cigars or Pipes?
No pipes, but I still enjoy a good cigar once
in a while, especially Ashton Panatellas and
Dunhills.

you could smoke any thing, anywhere with anyone
what, where and who
would it be with?
Either a cigarette with Marlene Dietrich or
a joint with Janis Joplin.

your Mother or Father smoke?
Yes, my entire life.
What
is the most amount that you have ever smoked?
For a short period of time in my mid twenties
when I was under an intense amount of stress
I was up to two packs a day.
Have
you ever quit, if so how many times?
I have no idea. Many. I'm fond of saying that
quitting smoking is easy; I've done it lots
of times!
